We haven’t had one of these in a while. (Sorry, I forgot last weekend.) So let’s get back to What I’ve Been Reading!

  • Released earlier this year, BioWare’s Mass Effect: Andromeda wasn’t very well received. Jason Schreier of Kotaku explores its troubled development in an in-depth investigative piece.
  • Annual video game press convention E3 took place earlier this week, and this year, for the first time ever, the convention was open to the general public. Nathan Grayson of Kotaku explains how this impacted the event.
  • Let’s switch gears a bit and move on from video games to the broader sociopolitical climate. Colin Dickey of the New Republic writes about how the political left has become prone to believing in conspiracy theories. My rule of thumb is that almost all conspiracy theories are false, so there’s no point believing in them without extremely strong evidence.

That’s all for now. See ya later, nerds.
