A Review of Uncharted 4, an American Video Game

Blockbuster Hollywood cinema is full of spectacle. There are death-defying stunts, nailbiting chase-sequences, and of course, massive explosions. Taking its cues from the famous American movie franchise Indiana Jones, the Uncharted series has aimed to replicate the excitement of an American action film in video game form. In A Thief’s End, the fourth mainline game in the series, it mostly succeeds, but the game is held back somewhat by the limitations of its inspirations.
